At NOVAWARE, we offer a curated consignment platform for exclusive vintage, archival, and designer pieces.
To fit different sellers’ needs, we provide three tiers of service—from light-touch online consignment to full-service luxury handling.

🌐 Consignment Options

1. Marketplace (Light Service)

  • You keep your items.

  • You provide clear photos, brand info, and condition.

  • You handle packaging & shipping once sold.

  • We provide: curated approval, listing on Novaware, exposure to our global audience.

Commission: 15%

2. Curation (Shared Service)

  • You provide raw item photos & details.

  • We refine imagery, edit content, adjust pricing, and manage listings.

  • You still handle shipping once an item sells.

Commission: 25%

3. Full-Service Consignment (Luxury Handling)

  • You send your items to our London studio (drop-off or postal).

  • We take care of everything: authentication, styling, photography, storage, customer care, and shipping.

  • Maximum exposure across our platform, campaigns, and styling projects.

Commission: 40%
(covers professional photography, content creation, marketing, handling & logistics)

📝 How to Consign

  1. Get in Touch

  2. Approval Process
    We’re a curated platform—approval is based on designer, condition, and relevance to our archive.

  3. Choose Your Service Tier

    • Marketplace (you ship)

    • Curation (we edit, you ship)

    • Full-Service (you send items to us)

  4. For 5+ Items Submission
    If you’re submitting more than 5 items, please prepare an Excel sheet including:

    • Product Image 

    • Brand

    • Condition

    • Suggested Price (£)

  5. List & Sell
    Once approved, we create your listing, promote it, and connect it with collectors worldwide.

📦 Terms

  • Payout: Seller receives the remaining % after Novaware commission.

  • Unsold Items: For Full-Service, items can be reclaimed after 3 months (return shipping at seller’s cost).

  • International Sellers: Welcome. We accept submissions worldwide.
