NOVAWARE not only curates luxury vintage and archive pieces, but also provides a platform for independent designers, artists, and creators to showcase their work to a global audience.
Our goal is to merge futuristic aesthetics (Y3K) with authentic, creative design, offering buyers more than just products — but visions of the future.

1. Who Can Apply

  • Independent fashion designers, jewelry makers, and accessory brands.

  • Artists and creators producing lifestyle objects (sculptural pieces, fragrances, homeware, or digital-physical hybrids).

  • Small studios or experimental collectives with a strong, unique identity.

NOVAWARE values:

  • Originality and creative independence.

  • Alignment with Y3K futuristic / urban aesthetic.

  • High-quality craftsmanship and distinctive storytelling.

2. Submission Requirements

Essential:

  • 6–10 high-quality photos of each product (front, back, detail, material close-ups, flaws if any).

  • Description: size, material, year, collection/season if applicable.

  • Any authenticity documents or certificates (if relevant).

Additional (Recommended):

  • Brand Profile: a short introduction (philosophy, story, and creative vision).

  • Lookbook / Campaign Images: 3–8 curated images showing your brand’s aesthetic and context.

  • Portfolio Links: website, social media, or digital showcase.

This allows buyers to experience your work as part of a universe, not just as single products.

3. Pricing Mechanism

  • Creators may propose a suggested price.

  • NOVAWARE will review with reference to: quality, design uniqueness, and international benchmarks.

  • Final listing price must be confirmed by both parties before going live.

  • For creators, we encourage storytelling-based pricing: value tied to the vision, craft, and narrative behind the product.

4. Process

  1. Submit product details, photos, and (optionally) lookbook/brand profile.

  2. NOVAWARE reviews for curation, quality, and aesthetic alignment.

  3. Price discussion and confirmation.

  4. Product is listed on NOVAWARE with dedicated creator credits.

  5. Once sold, the creator must ship within 72 hours using tracked (and ideally insured) shipping.

  6. NOVAWARE holds payment in escrow for 7 days (buyer protection period).

  7. After 7 days without dispute, payment (minus commission) is released to the creator’s provided bank account.

5. Commission

  • Fixed 40% platform service fee (covers listing, curation, global promotion, escrow system).

  • Remaining 60% is paid directly to the creator after the buyer confirmation period.

6. Important Notes

  • If items are misrepresented, counterfeit, or not shipped on time → listing is cancelled and collaboration may be terminated.

  • NOVAWARE does not accept returns or exchanges for creator items, unless proven fraudulent or grossly misrepresented.

  • Creators are expected to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
