Consignment with NOVAWARE — Vintage & Archive Sellers

NOVAWARE welcomes trusted sellers from around the world — from individual collectors to professional vintage dealers.
All items are carefully reviewed and authenticated before being listed, ensuring quality, authenticity, and alignment with our platform’s vision.

1. Individual Sellers

Who can apply:

  • Individuals with authentic pre-owned luxury bags, archive fashion, jewelry, or rare collectibles.

  • Example categories: Chanel / Dior / Louis Vuitton bags, Jean Paul Gaultier archive pieces, Comme des Garçons runway items, statement jewelry, limited footwear.

 

Submission requirements:

  • 6–10 photos in natural light (front, back, sides, interior, hardware, serial/date codes, flaws).

  • Include accessories if available (cards, boxes, receipts).

  • Clear description of size, material, year, and purchase channel.

  • Proof of purchase if available, and full bank details (account holder, IBAN/SWIFT, or local equivalent) for payouts.

 

Pricing mechanism:

  • Seller proposes a price.

  • NOVAWARE provides international market references.

  • Final price confirmed jointly before listing.

  • Price can be fine-tuned based on market response after listing.

 

Process:

  1. Submit item details, photos, and bank details.

  2. NOVAWARE review & authentication.

  3. Price confirmation & listing.

  4. Once sold → seller must ship within 72 hours (tracked, insured shipping recommended).

  5. Payment is held in escrow for 7 business days after buyer delivery. If no dispute is reported, funds (minus commission) are released to the seller’s provided bank account.

 

Commission:

  • Flat 25% fee deducted from final sale price.

 

Important:

  • If photos/info are false, item is counterfeit, or shipment fails → transaction will be cancelled and seller permanently removed.

  • Returns are not accepted except in cases of counterfeit or major misrepresentation.

2. Vintage Dealers (Professional Partners)

Who can apply:

  • Professional vintage dealers, small resellers, curated vintage boutiques.

  • Sellers with consistent inventory and a proven track record of authenticity.

 

Submission requirements:

  • Same as individual sellers, but dealers may submit in bulk.

  • Higher-level review: authenticity, curation quality, and alignment with platform’s Y3K aesthetic.

 

Pricing mechanism:

  • Dealers propose prices; NOVAWARE reviews against market benchmarks.

  • For bulk submissions, NOVAWARE may assist with unified pricing strategy.

  • Final listing price must be mutually agreed.

 

Process:

  • Partnership-based consignment.

  • Dealers may be given a dedicated profile/section on NOVAWARE.

  • Direct coordination with platform for submissions and logistics.

  • Payment also follows the 7-day escrow period before funds are transferred to the seller’s bank account.

 

Commission:

  • Reduced rate: 15–20%, depending on sales volume and exclusivity.

 

Important:

  • Must maintain high standards of authenticity and quality.

  • Repeat violations (fake items, misrepresentation) → immediate termination of partnership.

Final Note for Buyers

  • All items are second-hand / vintage.

  • No returns or exchanges unless items are proven inauthentic or significantly misrepresented.

  • NOVAWARE guarantees secure transactions and strict authentication for every piece.
